How It Works · Step 2

Biomarker-Guided Protocols, When Your Protocol Calls For It.

Bloodwork isn't required for every Summit protocol — many peptide and recovery programs start without it. For hormone optimization, GLP-1 therapy, and select longevity protocols, your provider will request labs to dose safely and recalibrate as your data evolves.

What We Measure

Comprehensive panels covering hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and recovery — reviewed against optimal ranges, not just population averages.

Hormonal Panel

How To Get Your Labs

Three ways to get the data your provider needs. You choose what's easiest.

Option 01

Use Existing Results

If you've had bloodwork in the last 6 months, upload it during intake. Your provider will review what's usable and order anything missing.

Option 02

Visit A Lab Partner

We send orders to Quest, Labcorp, or other national draw centers. Thousands of locations, walk-ins welcome, results typically in 2–3 days.

Option 03

At-Home Kit

For select panels, we can ship a finger-prick or saliva kit to your door. Collect at home and mail it back with the prepaid label.

The Review Process

01

Draw

Use existing labs or get fresh ones at a national lab partner — millions of locations.

02

Interpret

Your provider reviews results against optimal ranges in the context of your goals.

03

Dose

Protocol and titration plan calibrated to your starting point and response profile.

04

Recalibrate

Follow-up labs at defined intervals — dosing adjusted as biomarkers move.

Your Recalibration Schedule

Protocols are not set-and-forget. We track, adjust, and optimize as your body responds.

Week 1

Baseline

Initial labs and intake complete. Protocol begins.

Week 4

Early Check-In

Symptom and side-effect review via messaging.

Week 8-12

Follow-Up Labs

First recalibration based on biomarker shifts.

Ongoing

Optimize

Repeat labs every 3–6 months to keep you in range.

Common Questions

Do I need labs to start?+

Not for every protocol. Many peptide and recovery programs begin without bloodwork. Hormone optimization, GLP-1 therapy, and select longevity protocols do require baseline labs — your provider will tell you during intake whether labs are needed for your specific protocol.

Where do I get labs done?+

Through national lab partners with thousands of locations. Most patients have a draw within a few days of ordering.

How often are labs repeated?+

Typically at 8–12 weeks for hormone or peptide protocols, then every 3–6 months for ongoing optimization.

Are lab fees included?+

Lab costs depend on the panel and your insurance. We'll show transparent pricing before you order — no surprises.

What if my results are normal?+

Then we optimize from there. 'Normal' population ranges are not the same as optimal ranges for performance and longevity.
